Gunjan Paharia is a Law Graduate and qualified attorney and a registered Patent Agent. She has more than two decades of experience in IP Law.

Her expertise, in particular, extends to Patents, Trademark, Copyright and Industrial Designs, and includes obtaining registrations, counselling on protection, enforcement and management of Intellectual Property assets with a special focus on enforcement of Intellectual Property, conducting detailed due diligence projects, representing clients in Intellectual Property litigation in various courts across India.
